And the winner is...

Paul at the Kapiti FoW Gamers has nominated me for a Liebster Award. This award has been circulating in the blogging world for a little while and the rules are fairly simple:

1.       Copy and paste the award on to your blog linking it to the blogger who has given it to you.

2.       Pass the award on to your top 5 favourite blogs with less than 200 followers by leaving a comment on one of their posts to notify them that they have won the award and listing them on your own blog.

3.       Sit back and bask in the warm fuzzy feeling that comes with knowing you have made someone’s day!

4.       There is no obligation to pass this onto someone else, but it’s nice if you take the time to do so.

So what are my top five blogs with less than 200 followers? I tend to stop by Poochie's quite a bit but he already has one. Kent (Galpy's 15mm shack) is far too big and popular (with good reason) so is out of the running.

 So who to to choose…

1.      The Southern Strategists- the focal point of the likes of Rodger at the Rebel Barracks and Ogilive VC. A great bunch of gamers who really make their tables look outstanding. Maybe they will now update a bit more frequently…

Rough War of the Ring. Always something interesting to read and Jamie like me enjoys both FoW and Impetvs, though lately “Epic moderns” and 28mm skirmish gaming has caught his fancy.  He has a wide range of gaming interests so you never know what is going to turn up. He has done some outstanding work on his  adaptation of Saga for Ancient Greek skirmish gaming too.

Scrivsland: Another blog I like to pop in and see whats going on. Scrivs is another gamer with a wide range of interests, and he has sparked my interest in several rulesets, including Black Powder.

So there we are three to start things off.

  1. Thanks Craig. I know I'm pretty poor at keeping up to date with our games. I blame Gav and Wayne for this though:)
